Mr. Manvinder Sidhu, Advocate for the complainant. *** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel as well as counsel for the complainant submit that assessment of plants, which are 45, has been made on the lower side by the Department.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to donate 45 plants to the respondent-Department from the nursery, which can be upto the age of six months. Interim order dated 28.09.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
