This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a complaint case no. 161/28.11.2014 NACT/0001572/2014 titled as "The Gurdaspur Central Cooperative Bank Ltd Branch Dhariwal vs. Hem Raj" against the petitioner under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court and apply for regular bail.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case petitioner surrenders before the trial court within a week from today and moves an application for regular bail, his plea shall be decided on the same day.
