This a petition for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to respondents 2 and 3 on 23.7.2014, subject to a condition that petitionercomplainant Naveep Kaur would be rehabilitated by the above said persons and their son Arvinder Singh within a period of two months. Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 has appeared and stated that after the grant of pre-arrest bail, new development has taken place i.e. matter was amicably settled with one of the conditions that a lump sum amount of Rs.10 lacs along with jewellery and motor cycle would be given to the complainant- petitioner. Respondents 2 and 3 are still ready to comply with the subsequent settlement , which has been arrived at. A bank draft of Rs. 10 lacs has already been prepared and gold, which, on asking of the court, has been stated to be worth Rs. 1.00 lac would also be returned in case a specific date is fixed.

In view of the undertaking given on behalf of respondents 2 and 3, the petition is disposed of with a direction that a total sum of Rs.11 lacs along with the motor cycle will be handed over to petitioner Navdeep Kaur within a period of 15 days and the parties will be bound by the terms Tapinder Singh Mann 2017.01.23 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
