(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 25.04.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Moga wherein the bail orders of the petitioner was cancelled in FIR No.135 dated 13.11.2021 under Sections 379-B, 201, 411, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga.
On 03.05.2024, the following order was passed :- "The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the order dated 25.04.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Sessions Judge, Moga, District Moga wherein the bail orders of the petitioner was cancelled in FIR No.135 dated 13.11.2021 registered under Sections 376-B, 201, 411, 34 IPC, 1860 and
-2Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga.
The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of noting down of wrong date, the petitioner was unable to appear on 25.04.2024 because of which the impugned order came to be passed. He states that he is ready and willing to join proceedings once again.
Notice of motion for 17.07.2024.
In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Society for the Care of Blind, Sector 26, Chandigarh Account No.10506615304, IFSC Code:- SBIN0003246, MICR Code:-160002014, SBI, Phone No.9815507317, 9417579962, 0172- 2793958, 2791154 and on his doing he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court."
Thereafter, an application, i.e. CRM-23788-2024 for extension of time was moved and on 31.05.2024 the following order was passed:- "The prayer in the application is for seeking extension of time to furnish the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 03.05.2024 passed by this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the applicant/petitioner is granted one week time to comply with the order dated 03.05.2024. The application stands disposed of."
Despite passing of the aforementioned orders, the petitioner has not complied with the same.
