RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of filing of untraced report twice. Even, the Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani had appeared before this Court on 20.10.2015 and further on 02.08.2016. Polygraph test of respondent No. 4-Rajbir upon whom the petitioner had suspicion was conducted and he was found innocent.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
