State of Punjab and another .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.SS Behl,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Complainant has filed the present petition under Section 439(2) Cr.PC seeking cancellation of the bail granted to accused Karandeep Singh @ Sheeru in FIR No.50 dated 4.4.2013 under Sections 302,34 IPC,PS Division NO.2,Ludhiana, by this Court vide order dated 24.9.2015. It is contended that antecedents of the accused were suppressed by the prosecution and even after release he is threatening the present complainant regarding leading of evidence in the case. Apart from that it is submitted that he is involved in another case bearing FIR No.376 dated 18.11.2015 under Section 382/34 IPC, PS Focal Point,Ludhiana. After hearing counsel no case for cancellation of bail is made out. The allegations sought to be levelled do not conform to any of the parameters laid down for cancellation of bail.

Dismissed.
