Dated Police Station Sections 11.12.2020 Sadar Ahmedgarh, District 341, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC Sangrur The petitioners, arraigned as accused in the above captioned FIR, have come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings based on the compromise with the aggrieved persons. 2.
During the pendency of the petition, the accused and the aggrieved persons have compromised the matter, and its copy is annexed with this petition as Annexure P-2. 3.
After that, the petitioners came up before this Court to quash the FIR, and in the quashing petition, impleading the aggrieved persons as respondents no.2 and 3. 4.
As per the report of JMIC, Malerkotla, the statement of aggrieved person Alam (respondent no.3) could not be recorded because he did not come present before the Court despite one more opportunity granted to him to appear before the trial Court. Since all the aggrieved persons did not agree for compromise, as such this court cannot proceed further in this matter.
