NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.144 dated 11.06.2020, under Sections 3/13(1), 8/13(3), 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Inderjit Singh, while opposing the bail submitted that even offence under Sections 420 and 489 IPC has been added.

However, this is a regular bail. Challan has already been filed. Admittedly, the FSL report is not available till date. Thus, as of now it is only a case of suspicion that it was beef.
