The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to consider her for promotion as Assistant Sub Inspector/Sub Inspector from the date her juniors have been promoted.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana submits that as per status report, all due benefits have been extended to the petitioner. The respondents, during the pendency of petition, passed order dated 20.04.2010 (Annexure R-1) which is not under challenge. As all the dues stand cleared, the petition may be disposed of.

Mr. Ankur Sheoran, Advocate states that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge order dated 20.04.2010 (Annexure R-1), if her grievance survives.
