***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh after statements of the complainant and the injured have been recorded.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The trial Court is directed to take all the necessary steps for expediting the trial and to ensure that the PWs are duly summoned and examined. The trial Court shall endeavour to examine the complainant and the injured in the first instance.
