Learned counsel submits that for the grievance aired in the petition, petitioner has also served legal notice, Annexure P-7. However, no decision has been taken. According to him, petitioner shall be satisfied if a decision thereon is taken.

On the asking of court, Ms. Sudeepti Sharma, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). She submits that appropriate authority shall examine the pleas taken in the legal notice and take a considered decision thereon within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Copy thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
