(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.513 dated 21.11.2021, registered under Sections 23, 3(1), 4, 5(2), 6(A), 6(B) and 6(C) PNDT Act and Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, Faridabad. Vide order dated 01.06.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Joginder, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 01.06.2022 AMAN JAIN 2022.12.23 04:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M-24814-2022 (O&M) -2granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
