Learned counsel for the State submits that the Final Development Plan, Ganaur, 2041AD has been notified on 02.08.2022 and in case petitioner submits the application for grant of Change of Land Use (CLU), after removal of the deficiencies which had been pointed out, the same would be considered expeditiously in a time bound manner and definitely within 90 days of submission thereof. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement as above, present writ petition is rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
