M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner informs that pursuant to the interim order dated 9.12.2014, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial Court.

In view of said circumstance, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 9.12.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioner will continue to appear before the trial Court against the bail bonds already furnished and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause. He will also not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence or browbeat the witnesses. (M.M.S. BEDI) February 10, 2015.
