Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prosecution has filed an application under Section 348 BNSS for bringing on record authorization letter give to the complainant and appointment letters of the accused. He further submits that the grievance of the petitioners is that minutes of meeting wherein the complainant was given alleged authority have not been supplied to them.

Mr. R.S.Bajaj, Advocate appears and filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant in the Court today and the same is taken on record. He submits that authorization letter shall be supplied to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of seven days. 3.
