Status report by way of affidavit of Vijay Deswal, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Karnal-I dated 01/02.07.2022, on behalf of respondents No.2 to 5 has been filed and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the counsel opposite. Learned State counsel submits that investigation has been completed and an untraced report has already been filed before the concerned Court on 09.08.2021.

Given above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of. However, the concerned Court shall issue notice to the petitioner for appearance and even the petitioner can appear on his own before the Court and can raise all his objections and concerns. The petition is disposed of in the above said terms. All pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
