(ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeks quashing of criminal complaint No. 1279 dated 4.2.2015 titled as Surinder Singh and others Vs. the Innovative Housing and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Intruments Act, 1881 read with Section 420 IPC pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh alongwith subsequent proceedings arising therefrom as well as impugned summoning order dated 13.2.2015 (Annexure P-2). Admittedly, before approaching this Court by way of instant petition, petitioner has not availed his equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order before the learned Sessions Judge. In this view of the matter, petitioner is relegated to his alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order before the learned Sessions Judge, at the first instance. Disposed of, accordingly.
