(Oral) By way of filing the present petition, petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to take suitable legal action as per law against respondents No. 5 and 6 including registration of FIR against respondents No. 5 and 6. In view of the ratio of authority Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008 (1) RCR (Criminal) 392, the petitioner is relegated to the remedy of approaching the Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. for redressal of her grievances.
