(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate into the matter and take appropriate action against respondents No.4 and 5 in case FIR No.56 dated 29.6.2010 registered under Section 384 IPC at Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot, District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from Head Constable Ram Dutta, states that cancellation report has been submitted in aforesaid case, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
