The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 1237 dated 24.11.2018 registered under Section 420 of IPC and Sections 7 and 10 of EC Act (Essential Commodities Act), 1955 at Police Station Sadar Jhajjar, District Jhajjar and for setting aside the order dated 04.09.2019 and charge sheet dated 04.09.2019, vide which the petitioners have been chargesheeted for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC and Section 7 of EC Act, 1955 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhajjar. 2.

Learned Counsel for the respondent-State points out that there were only 07 prosecution witnesses and 05 already stand examined and that the prosecution undertakes to complete its entire prosecution evidence by the next date of hearing subject to availability of the Court. 4.

Taking into consideration the advanced stage of the trial, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to take all pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage.
