******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Criminal Appeal no. 321 of 2016 titled 'Gurmukh Singh vs. Sarla Devi', pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before Ist Appellate Court and was released on bail. In support of his contention he has placed on record copy of order dated 10.01.2017, taken from the Information System of E-Courts. As the petitioner has surrendered and was released on bail, this petition is allowed and order dated 02.12.2016, allowing him interim bail, is made absolute subject to his furnishing undertaking that he will keep on appearing before the Court below and comply with the other terms of bail as contained in Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
