(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 05.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Superintending Canal Officer, Loharu Water Services Circle, Bhiwani and impugned order dated 20.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Chief Canal Officer MICADA, Haryana, Panchkula. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
