GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Reply on behalf of the State has been filed, which is accompanied by report dated 09.09.2021 (Annexure R-1/T). Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that having regard to the aforesaid report dated 09.09.2021, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail of other alternate efficacious remedies, as may be available to him, including moving an application before the Area Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
