(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 to transfer investigation in case FIR No.60 dated 20.07.2016 registered under Section 307, 506, 120-B IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Smalsar, district Moga, to Central Bureau of Investigation or any other independent agency for free and fair investigation.

Learned State counsel contends that in view of status report dated 26.02.2018 by way of affidavit of Raj Jit Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 in compliance of order dated 12.02.2018 of this Court, respondent No.5 namely, Paramdeep Singh has been declared proclaimed offender vide order dated 19.01.2018 by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, RAVINDER SINGH 2018.11.27 15:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Baghapurana and necessary steps are being taken for issuance of his lookout

-2CRM-M-42761 of 2016 notice, whereas after declaration of respondent No.6 as proclaimed offender her lookout notice has also been issued after obtaining necessary permission from the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Baghapurana, vide order dated 15.09.2017. Therefore, instant petition has rendered infructuous.
