(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.291 dated 08.11.2017, under Sections 354, 324, 323, 506, 427, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code (Section 323 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar Rural.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and on the direction of this Court, has joined the investigation. It is also contended that nothing is to be recovered from him.

Per contra, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, Investigating Officer, submits that petitioner has joined the SATYAWAN 2018.12.06 18:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
