RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to set aside the action of the official respondents whereby land which was in cultivating possession of the petitioner since his fore-fathers has been auctioned on 17.06.2021 without considering the law laid down by this Court under Suo moto powers considered CWP-PIL-77-2021 and also without following the due process of law by not considering the legal notice and contempt notice, Annexures P-1 and P-3, respectively. On 07.07.2021, this Court adjourned the present case sine die enabling petitioner to file revenue record alongwith an appropriate application for listing of the case. However, the Office got listed this case on 14.02.2024. As none was present on that date on behalf of the petitioner, so the case was adjourned to today, i.e. 15.04.2024. Today again no-one is present to argue the case. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing this case.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
