Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The issue raised herein with regard to allotment of schools pursuant to allotment of permanent districts to primary teachers, has already been decided against the petitioner vide judgment, dated 16.10.2023, rendered in Civil Writ Petition No.22244 of 2023 titled Ravinder Rathee & others vs. State of Haryana.

In view thereof, there is no reason to entertain the petition. Dismissed.
