(Oral) Short reply dated 27.11.2024 filed on behalf of learned State counsel reflects thus :- "5.That the Respondents no. 7 and 8 namely Krishan Gopal Vinayak and Nisha Rani respectively have been declared as innocent after detailed inquiry in the present matter by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-1, Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar vide his inquiry report dated 26.11.2022 relying upon the CCTV footage as the same proves the innocence of the above said persons.

6. That the investigation in the present case stands completed and the Challan against accuseds namely Aditya Vinayak, Mansha Vinayak, Hemant Jain and Pankaj Jain has been prepared and the same is pending for approval with DA Legal."
