[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 17th May, 2021 and to take legal action.

[3] Ms. Monika Jalota, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab appearing on advance notice submits that petitioner was not appearing hence, the representation could not be decided. She further submits that F.I.R. already stands registered, there are two groups involved as per allegations in the F.I.R. and petitioner is member of one of the group.
