Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition challenging order dated 10.11.2016 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ambala has been rendered infructuous. In a revision petition pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Ambala, the counsel for the parties had submitted that there are chances of a compromise between the parties. Therefore, the custody of the child would be handed over by the present petitioners to the respondent - Jasbir Kaur in case, she returns the amount of `50,000/-.

CRM No.M-42785 of 2016 [2] Before this Court on 16.01.2017, the petitioners undertook to produce the minor child before the learned Additional District Judge, Ambala on 19.01.2017 for handing over the custody of the child to the respondent. Consequent thereto, it is informed that the custody of the minor child has been handed over to the respondent. A sum of `50,000/- has been received by the petitioners. Therefore, this petition challenging the grant of interim custody of the minor to the respondent has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
