(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that during investigation, the petitioners are found innocent in case FIR No. 0195 dated 08.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 451,324, 323, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Sultanwind, Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
