(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.490 dated 07.05.2018 registered under Sections 20 and 25 of the NDPS Act (Sections 406 and 420 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sadar, Karnal. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Salinder Kumar submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
