GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to handover investigation pertaining to her complaint lodged against her husband and other members of his family to some independent agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that in fact the police has registered FIR against the complainant's husband and that in these he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail all other remedies to pursue the matter as regards the other accused. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
