A.G., Haryana. ***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for seeking regular bail in FIR No.0421 dated 17.07.2022 registered under Section 304B/ 34 of IPC, Police Station Palla, District Faridabad (Annexure P-1) Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved this bail application on behalf of the petitioner against whom charges have been framed under Section 304-B/ 34 of IPC. It is stated that the petitioner cannot be said to be in any manner involved in the untimely death of his wife. Alternatively, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is going on a very slow pace and in spite of the charges having been framed on 05.12.2022, no further evidence has been recorded while there are 15 witnesses, three dates have gone by and the case has been listed for 12.09.2023.

CRM-M-22490-2023 -22023:PHHC:067457 This court is not satisfied to grant bail to the petitioner in the circumstances as the charges have already been framed and any observation at this stage to effect the trial.

However, considering the nature of the case and the facts as observed above, it is directed that the trial Court shall take all steps to dispose of the case at the earliest preferably within a period of 06 months from today.
