This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking permission to go abroad in case FIR No. 19 dated 14.2.2022 under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Ambala. Learned State counsel, on instructions from L/HC Babli, submits that the petitioner is on interim bail, granted by this Court vide order dated 10.3.2023 (Annexure P-3), and not cooperating in investigation of the case. Prearrest bail petition of the petitioner is listed for 4.7.2023. In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. Dismissed.
