NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition is filed under Section 439 CR.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.291 dated 06.04.2018, under Sections 406, 418, 420, 323, 506 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station, Sector 7, Faridabad.

It is stated that the petitioners are in custody since 13.12.2018. It is further stated that the complainant has already been paid Rs.7.00 lacs out of Rs.12.00 lacs.

In view of the above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioners are directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the concerned CJM/Duty Magistrate.
