(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is wife of respondent No.6 and being persistently harassed and stalked by her husband and in this regard petitioner has already given her representations (Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-3) to the police authorities but till date the police authorities have failed to take any action in this regard.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondents No.4 and 5 to look into the matter and consider and decide representations (Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-3) both dated 01.04.2024, in a time bound manner. 3.

Notice of motion.

In view of above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondents No.4 and 5 to consider and decide representations (Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-3) both dated 01.04.2024 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
