Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to take legal action against the accused as mentioned in his representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 25.03.2019 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, still the same remained unattended. Notice of motion.
