At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if it is clarified that in case at a subsequent stage the petitioner is able to prove the Will in accordance with law, the order dated 06.01.2022 passed by the Trial Court, whereby the endorsement has been marked in evidence of PW-4, namely, Jagdish Mittar, would not come in his way.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed with a direction that in case the petitioner at a later stage is able to prove the Will in accordance with the provisions of law, the order dated 06.01.2022 passed by the Trial Court would not come in his way.
