Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court on 15.12.2015, a draft amounting to `2.5 lacs has been prepared and the same has been handed over to learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that this amount was to be paid immediately after issuance of direction by this Court but the same was not handed over to the complainant whereas she was in need of money because of ailment of her child. Criminal Misc. No. M-41882 of 2015 As per order dated 15.12.2015, the amount was to be paid by the petitioner just to show his bona-fide but the amount has been paid after one month of passing of order dated 15.12.2015 as the date of preparation of draft is 15.01.2016.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant has no objection in case, the petitioner is released on bail.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, order dated 15.12.2015 and having no objection from other side, the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner is also directed to deposit an amount of `10,000/- before the Investigating Officer, which shall be paid to the complainant as there is delay in making payment of the amount as per orders passed by this Court. Interim order dated 15.12.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
