HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in cross case bearing DDR No.020 dated 25.04.2020 under Sections 452,323,326,506,148,149 IPC in FIR No.0108 dated 24.04.2020 under Sections 323,324,326,341,506,148,149 IPC registered at P.S Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran.

Vide order dated 30.07.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Amrit Pal Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 30.07.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
