***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.119 dated 13.09.2018 registered under Section 20 of NDPS Act, Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot.

On instructions from ASI Surinderpal, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 28.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
