*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 01.10.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation and his case is at par with co-accused Lakhwinder Singh, who has been released on interim bail by this Court.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Chander Masih has affirmed the factum of joining investigation by the petitioner. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 01.10.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
