Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial in Sessions case No.141 of 2021 titled The State of Haryana vs. Suraj Verma & others.

The charges were framed on 19.10.2021. There is no document/short order on record to establish as to what transpired after framing of the charge, nor learned counsel for the petitioner is in a position to explain anything about it. He has only referred to the order dated 20.02.2023 (Annexure P-3), wherein on account of non-appearance of the prosecution witnesses, bailable warrants in the sum of ` 2,000 each were issued by the trial Court for 17.05.2023.
