Present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to execute the conveyance deed of Shop No.56, Tau Devi Lal Complex, Panipat, District Panipat in favour of the petitioner and further directing the respondents to decide the application of the petitioner dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-9) within a time bound manner in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed the application dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-9) before respondent No.3 but no action has been taken on the same till date. 3.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Upasna Dhawan, AAG, Haryana and Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Advocate appear and accept the notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State and respondents No.2 to 4, respectively. 5.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 has submitted that the application filed by the petitioner would be decided by respondent No.3 expeditiously.

In view of the above position, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 i.e. the Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Panipat to look into the application of the petitioner dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-9) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
