Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were summoned by the police of Women Police Station, Panchkula vide notice dated 02.02.2017 for 03.02.2017. Thereafter, they are being called daily without any notice and no FIR has been registered in this case. Notice of motion.
Mr. Tanuj Sharma, A.A.G. Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent that in the event of arrest of petitioners is required on pending complaint of Parul Agnihotri, they be given at least three days notice in advance.
