This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of appropriate directions to the respondents No.2 to 5 to decide the complaints/representations dated 18.10.2025, 07.11.2025 and 30.12.2025 (Annexures P-3 to P-7) moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law and within a time bound manner. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed the representation dated 18.10.2025, 07.11.2025 and 30.12.2025 (Annexures P-3 to P-7) before respondents No. 2 to 5 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to the respondents concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 30.12.2025 (Annexure P-7) filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereupon. 3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation dated 30.12.2025 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner expeditiously and within a time bound manner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.
