(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that with the assistance of Ms. Aarti Gupta, Mediator, the matter has been compromised between the parties on 18.05.2017 and both the parties are bound by the terms and conditions. Further, as per the terms and conditions of the said compromise, the petitioner has already taken the custody of his daughter, namely, Srishti, from respondent No.1 on 21.05.2017.

Keeping in view the fact that the compromise has been arrived between the parties, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is hereby stands disposed of.
