Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 326 dated 14.09.2016, registered under Section 174-A IPC, at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala.

While issuing notice of motion on 01.12.2016, this Court had granted ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining investigation and to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for questioning by the investigating agency.
