(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.127 dated 04.05.2018, under Sections 457, 458, 342, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran (P-1). Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 28.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
